1) Need a secondary devices to download the package . 

2) You will need to 3-4 GB storage . OTG , external chip.

3) Internet Connection with 3 GB data minimum .

4) Sim ejector .

Process

1) Go to your secondary device and click here my link to download the zip file of that coloros problem

 here you will find every mobile coloros recovery file and match to your brand and model mobile before downloading the package . 

2)when you find the  zip and download its 

3) After downloading its copy to another chip and paste it on the affected mobile . 

4) After pasting the file in the mobile 

5) Restart(reboot) your mobile.

6) Select your own language like English .
